Approved dealers can download one file and load our products into their Shopify store: photos, descriptions, sizes and colors included. No retyping, no photo editing.

Get approved
Apply for a free dealer account. Once approved, you can sign in to the dealer portal.

Download the file
In the portal, click Shopify import file. It is a spreadsheet of our whole dealer catalog in Shopify's own format.

Import it
In your Shopify admin, go to Products, press Import, and upload the file. Your store fills with our products.

Sell and drop ship
When a customer buys from your store, place the order in your dealer account and choose Drop ship to my customer. We ship it straight to them.
How the prices work in your store
- Each product comes in at our suggested retail price, so your store is ready to sell.
- Your wholesale price is filled in as the cost per item, so Shopify shows your profit on every product.
- You can change any price in Shopify after you import.
- Wholesale prices are only in the file for approved dealers. They are never shown publicly.
Good to know: orders from your store are placed in your dealer account (they do not sync automatically yet), and stock levels and new products come through when you download a fresh file.

Who can apply for a dealer account?
Retailers and resellers: western tack stores, rodeo supply shops, equestrian and ranch supply stores, and online western retailers. Tell us about your business on the application.
When do I see wholesale pricing?
As soon as your application is approved. Every application is reviewed by our team, then you log in to see dealer pricing and order online.
I sell on Shopify. Can I import your products?
Yes. Once your dealer account is approved, download the Shopify import file from the dealer portal and upload it in your Shopify admin under Products, Import. Our products, photos, descriptions and sizes come in, priced at our suggested retail price with your wholesale price as the cost per item.
Do orders from my Shopify store reach you automatically?
Not yet. When a customer orders from your store, place the order in your dealer account and choose Drop ship to my customer. We ship it to them with a plain packing slip.
Is there an order minimum?
Your first (opening) order is a $150 minimum. After that there is no minimum, so you can reorder any amount.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. We offer drop shipping, so we can ship orders directly to your customers. Ask us how to set it up when you are approved.
Is there a cost to apply?
No. Applying for a dealer account is free.
Can you make custom items with my store's brand?
Yes, ask us. Approved dealers can send a custom request for leather strap goods and other items right from the dealer portal and we will reply with cost, pricing and turnaround time.
